Job Specification for the role of a Business Development Specialist is as follows: 3-dimensional profile; Involves 3 core competencies
Strategize marketing efforts.
Identification and segregation of potential Market Segments.
Develop relevant advertisements, sales collaterals and business proposals.
Determine targeted pitch for each client segment.
Responsible for product enhancement, product marketing and cross-channel communication with multiple teams across our global offices, publishers and advertisers
- Business Development
Responsible for Business Development of an entire range of publisher-centric advertising products, with a focus on building strategy, account onboarding and management and industry research.
Make compelling proposals in response to incoming enquiries.
Conduct interactive demos through web conferences.
Negotiate commercials, agreement terms and close the deal.
Proactively and strategically initiate contact with newly discovered potentials.
- Account Management
Conduct training sessions for clients through web conferences.
Prepare reports from vast amount of data to analyze customer accounts to constantly improve revenue.
Study client’s existing technology/systems and consult them on the most appropriate process, to ensure seamless integration of our solution.
Provide commercial, marketing and strategic support.
Become the commercial liaison and provide necessary assistance on escalated or urgent issues.
- Graduate from any stream.
- Experience in Online Media is preferred
- Should be willing to work in rotational shifts.
- Experience in dealing with international parties preferred.
- Excellent oral & written communication skills.
