Applications are invited on the prescribed format as attached with this notice from eligible Indian citizens for the following posts in Pay Band of Rs (Pay Band +Grade Pay) Plus other allowances as admissible to Central Government employees. Age Limit: Candidates age should be 18 years to 25 years for UR, 18 years to 28 years for OBC, 18 years to 30 years for SC/ ST, 18 years to 35 years for PH (UR), 18 years to 38 years for PH (OBC), 18 years to 40 years for PH (SC/ ST), 18 to 30 years for Meritorious Sportsman (UR), 18 to 33 years for Meritorious Sportsman (OBC), 18 to 35 years for Meritorious Sportsman (SC/ ST) as on closing date of receipt of application. Relaxation of upper age limit for Govt servants will be admissible as per orders/ instructions issued by the Central Govt from time to time for relevant post.
Educational Qualification: Candidates should possess 12th class or its equivalent qualification for S.No-01, Matriculation or its equivalent qualification from any recognized educational Board for S.No-02, 03, 05 to 10, 13 & 14, Graduation in any discipline from any recognized University for S.No-04, Higher Secondary/ Matriculation or its equivalent from any recognized educational Board (with science as a subject) for S.No-11 & 12.
Salary : Rs 5200-20200 + Grade Pay of Rs 1900 (Age between 18 and 25 years)

Eligible candidates may send their application along all relevant documents, self addressed envelope affixing postal stamps of Rs 25/- required for registered cover for return of acknowledgement card and covering letter/envelop should be marked with “Application for the post of ———–” to the Central Vehicle Depot, Delhi Cantt – 110010 within 21 days from the date of advt & 28 days for Remote areas.
Please note that incomplete applications without affixing attested photograph, mismatching photograph or without enclosing attested copies of educational certificate, date of birth, and or caste certificate and or experience certificate (as applicable) and or if applicant is found overage/underage on last date of receipt of application as indicated above will be rejected without intimation to the candidate. Only the eligible candidates will be called for tests.
Candidates must ensure that no column is left blank or is filled wrong. Application not on prescribed format and filled incorrectly are liable to be rejected and the onus of such rejection would be on the candidate himself. The unit administration will not entertain any claim after such rejection.
Candidate, who apply against OBC category shall attach and produce the “Other Backward Class” certificate and not the “Backward Class” certificate duly signed by appropriate authority. In addition, a certificate of “Non creamy Layer Certificate” is mandatory.
No application will be accepted in person or through any representative. The application must be posted to the addressee under registered/speed post cover. The unit will not be responsible for any kind of postal delay.
Candidates not in receipt of Acknowledgement card/call letter should presume that either their application could not come in shortlist or were found ineligible. No correspondence in this regard will be entertained. Further, this office will not be held responsible for any postal delay or delivery default.
Any attempt by any candidate to influence the selection process may result in disqualification of the candidates for taking further part in the selection process.
No candidate will bring any personal belonging/mobile phones/Jewelry etc on the day of test as these are not allowed into the exam area. Only the Acknowledgement card sent from this unit will be required on first day of test. Original documents will be brought by only those candidates who qualify the written test and physical/endurance/proficiency in trade test as applicable
