Moxie Software is hiring FRESHERS for Trainee Engineer profile
Purpose:To answer, process and route all inbound calls to the service desk ensuring the efficient and effective provision of service to SITA customers meeting the necessary Key Performance Indicators (KPI) and Service Level Agreements (SLA).
Provide efficient and effective customer interface with focus on efficient and effective status provisioning, knowledgeable engagement, overall customer satisfaction performance and timely escalation of issues.

Education: BE/B.Tech, ME/M.Tech
1. Accept incoming support requests through phone, chat, and email channels
2. Deliver a highly responsive and satisfying support experience to each customer on every contact and throughout the time needed to solve the issue (as determined by Service Level Agreement and Moxie Software performance standards)
3. Own and project manage each assigned support case to successful resolution
4. Proactively communicate and accurately set customer expectations
5. Form and execute effective action plans to drive each case to successful resolution (as determined by the Customer)
6. Successfully lead remote online sessions for troubleshooting, applying hot fixes and service packs (Webex)
7. Proactively collect from Customers all information necessary for you and Development teams to solve the issue
8. Successfully reproduce and Customer issues

2. Expert listening, problem solving, troubleshooting, communication and mentoring skills.

4. Ability to manage customers in tough situations.
5. Graduate with good academic records

8. Willing to work in shifts
9. Good team player
