DETAIL OF NATIONAL MINERAL DEVELOPMENT CORPORATION LIMITED (NMDC) ADVISORS RECRUITMENT:
NMDC Ltd., a Navaratna Public Sector Enterprise under the Ministry of Steel, Govemment of lndia and a multi locational, multi product and consistently profit making Mining Mineral Exploration Organization with large turnover is in the process of massive expansion and diversification activities both in India and abroad. NMDC Steel LimitedNSL, Nagarnar awholly owned subsidiary of NMDC Limited is setting up an .0MTPA Integrated Steel Plantat Nagamar near Jagdalpur, Chhattisgarh State. The Company is now looking for suitable persons for engagement as Advisors in NSL in the following functional areas:
Advisors in Technical areas:
(i)Raw Material Handling Plant RMHP) (ii)Sinter Plant (iii) Coke Oven By Product (iv) Blast Furnace (w) Caster (vi)(vii) Instrumentation Automation Qualification Experience: for posts at SI No.1.to (vii) above: Candidates (retired Executives) should be a Graduate in concerned Engineering disciplines viz, Mechanical I Metallurgical l Chemical Instrumentation Engineering from a recognized University/ Institute. They should have rich and varied multi-disciplinary experience in a large integrated Steel Plant and should have retired at minimum of Scale of Pay (Rs.51300-373000) of Schedule ACPSE or Equivalent CDA Scale or must have drawn a minimum CTC of Rs.24,00 Lacs per annum at the time of superannuation in the above areas with total experience in Executive position for more than 25 years. The candidate should posses competence of leading and guiding a multi-disciplinary team of Mechanical Metallurgical Chemical Electrical Civil Engineers for construction and commissioning of the Steel Plant.
Advisor (Legal affairs)
Qualification Experience: The candidate (retired Executive) should be a Graduate with Degree in Law from a recognized University Institute with atleast 25 years experience in handling legal matters and should have retired at minimum of E7 Scale of Pay of Schedule A” CPSE or Equivalent CDA Scale or must have drawn a minimum CTC of Rs. 21.00 Lacs per annum at the time of superannuation. Candidates should possess relevant experience in dealing with Environment and Forest Laws, Contract management, industrial laws, Land Matters, Service Matters etc., Candidates who have worked in coordination with Departments of Labour, Law, Environment, Forestetc., of Chhattisgarh State Govt. and possess competence in providing guidance in fulfilling statutory requirements will begiven preference,
Advisors (Personnel Administration)
Qualification Experience: The candidate (retired Executive) should be a Graduate with PG Degree/ Diploma in Social science Social work Personnel Management Industrial relations Labour welfare or MBA with specialization in Personnel Management Industrial relations with at least 25 years experience in handling all gamut of including land and CSR Matters and should have retired at minimum of E7 Scale of Pay of Schedule ACPSE or Equivalent CDA Scale or must have drawn a minimum CTC of Rs. 21.00 Lacsperannumatthetime of superannuation. The candidate should be well conversantand must possess competence in guiding the team on implementation of personnel policies, development of human resources and proven record of having handled IRmatters. Candidates worked in large Steel Plant Govt. Organization CPSE and possess relevant experience in the above areas will be given preference.
Advisors (Forest Matters)
Qualification Experience: The candidate (retired Executive) should be a Graduate and must have atleast 25 years experience in the field of forest and environment clearance matters and should have retired at minimum of E7 Scale of Pay of Schedule ACPSE or Equivalent CDA Scale or must have drawn a minimum CTC of Rs. 21.00 Lacs per annum at the time of superannuation. He should be well conversant with forestry policies and programmes, rules and regulations related to project clearances, pollution, environmental protection, statutory compliancel processing proposals for diversion of forest land for non-forest uses such as industrial projects, townships etc., He should possess good liaisoning and presentation skills. Candidates who have worked in coordination with various departments viz. Environment, Forest of on hattisgarh State Govt. and well verse dim providing guidance on forest environment.clearance matters will be preferred.
Qualification Experience: Candidate (retired Executive) must be a Graduate preferably Mechanical Electrical Engineering from the recognized University Institute with a proven track record of more than 25 years of experience in laying new railway line, doubling work station yards reception yards related to Indian railways or its subsidiaries. Senior officer retired from Indian Railways or its subsidiaries having experience in Railway construction projects, having knowledge of coordinating and interfacing with railways related areas such as track laying, signaling, electrification and knowledge of rolling stack, etc. is preferable and should have retired at minimum of Scale of Pay of Schedule A” CPSE or Equivalent CDA Scale or must have drawn a minimum CTC of Rs. 21.00 Lacs per annum at the time of superannuation. Candidates having experience in traffic department of large integrated steel plant may also apply. General Conditions The assignment will be initially for a period of six months one year which is extendable on mutual consent. The above positions are based at NMDC Steel Limited NSL, Nagamar.
