Job Description

Candidate profile: MBA with 12 15 years of experience in marketing & branding.

Job Description
Role Objective: The incumbent will be fully responsible to drive the entire Marketing and Branding effort for NPCI.

Key Responsibilities

Build and drive brand proposition
Custodian of brand and related communication
Manage the marketing spends budget
Drive ATL, BTL and online campaigns
Develop and manage NPCI and RuPay website
Online Marketing and digital visibility
Collaterals / Giveaways / Corporate gifts
Support product team with marketing services / product communication
Design and own corporate and products presentations for NCPI products and services
NPCI related content on member websites
Business dashboards to Senior Management / Businesses
Track ICS activities and make recommendations
Member specific decks for periodic review by Relationship team
Customer / Merchant / Issuer / Acquirer / Segment / Scheme level analysis to drive higher market share and profitability
Good understanding of market or consumer research processes and insights.
Building tactical and strategic partnerships across key categories to drive customer value proposition and brand visibility
Will work in close coordination with corporate communication department
