Job Description Responsible for defining and developing the strategies which underpin NPCIs CSR objectives. To conduct research, come up with ideas, develop policies, create detailed plans, build relationships with partner organisations. Identifying and evaluating the CSR projects and presenting to CSR Committee for approval. Liasioning and networking with National level NGOs/ Consultants on need basis. Work with external agency to develop and maintain detailed proposals for Corporate Social Responsibility strategy. To implement and coordinate a range of activities and initiatives, which are designed to have a positive impact on the environment and local communities. Involved in project monitoring, Budget allocation and distribution. To get involved in aspects of marketing and publicity for NPCI. To act as an internal and external representative for NPCIs CSR policies and projects. Will be responsible for raising awareness of NPCIs commitment to CSR and generating publicity around your organisation’s altruistic endeavours.
