Detail Of Post:

No of Post : 01

Educational Qualification: 1) BE/B.Tech (CSE, ECE/IT) or M.E/M.Tech or MCA/MSc (CS)  2) Preferably with CISSP, CISA, CISM, ISO Lead Auditor and or security products Certifications.

Experience: 9 – 12 years of experience with minimum post-qualification experience of 9 years in the relevant area.

Key Responsibilities:  1. Co-ordinate with internal stake holders and external agencies for InfoSec/Risk Management content creation. 2. Co-ordinate with Senior Management, HR and other teams for roll-out of InfoSec/Risk Management initiatives. 3. Exposure and expertise in COBIT, ISO22301, PFMI 4. Update and track regulatory reporting requirements. 5. Keep abreast of emerging threats/risks, regulatory requirements and identify improvement opportunities 6. Ensure that the various information security policies are updated on an ongoing basis on the feedback received as well as by studying and adopting the latest trends in the information security space 7. Create and follow a risk assessment process that is consistent across all risks and the organization to identify and evaluate key risks 8. Implement and ensure compliance to policies, standards and procedures to ensure that all identified risks are managed within the organizations risk appetite. 9. Regularly monitor the risk management processes and the corrective actions. Regularly present risk reports to the key stakeholders, and invite feedback into the risk processes. 10. Communicate appropriate risk information to the organisations stakeholders. Maintain and track all the risk jobs for reporting and records. 11. Identifies foreseeable information security risks and develops mitigations plans in order to comply with information security policies and procedures. 12. Monitors compliance of information security procedures and policies, and reports infringements to the top Management. 13. Manages Business Continuity Planning and prepares the disaster recovery plan and updates it periodically. 14. Internally perform audits and reviews of Technology and Information Security in the organization. 15. Lead/Educate/impart training/awareness on security to IT teams and employees.
