Detail Of Post:

Job Description is an USSD based product, providing the customer the ability to access basic banking services from any mobile phone, basic or otherwise. The expectations from the candidate are as mentioned below: 1. Product Development:  a) The candidate should have understanding of xml and ISO 8583. b) The candidate should have an understanding of mobile banking server, network connectivity of server to switch and overall transaction flow in case of mobile banking channel. c) The candidate should be able to identify the requirements of banks and generate new ideas for product upgrade.

Product Management: a) The candidate should be able to liaise with Business Team, Technology Team and Operations team to provide the seamless service to the banks. b) The candidate should be able to liaise with banks Technology, Business and Operations Team on regular basis to ensure the following: i. Transaction volume generation ii. New bank onboarding on *99# product iii. Seamless service to banks and other stakeholders iv. Marketing and promotion of the product c) Candidate needs to liaise with Marketing Team to implement creative campaigns in all forms of media for the respective banks.

Data Analysis: a) Candidate should have excellent MS Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint) skills. b) Candidate should have excellent MS Excel skills to create and interpret MIS. c) Candidate should have excellent analytical skills to interpret the issues (technical or non-technical) basis the data.

Other: a) Candidate should have good communication skills. b) Candidate should have good presentation and writing skills.
