Openings: 3

Accountabilities: The role handles 12-15 member team that handles more than 100 reports to internal stakeholders, regulators, banks. Should work towards continuous improvements in the formats of the MISs sent and develop capabilities to give turnaround time on adhoc queries. Should work on parallel POCs on Operational Data Store/Data Marts, Big Data Projects/POC from conceptualisation to logical closure. Hands-on experience in visualisation tools like Tableau/Quick view/other open source tools. Ensure adequate project management skills from scoping, integration, communication and adhering to the milestones as given by the management. Build and lead a team of data base experts and vendors to reduce manual reports preparation by running Macros/VB scripts so as to automate the reports preparation by pulling data from the source systems. Conceptualisation of dashboard for all products & continuous improvisation in existing Dashboard. Have ability to run SQL querries for the report requirements of the senior management and convert vague requirements to clear results. Ability to work on SAS/SPSS/R programming is needed. Conduct Surveys/Sentiment Analysis and work on large data sets and perform statistical analysis. Should be a quick learner with short notice on new concepts relevant to the industry and to the emerging needs of the organisation and reasonably implement latest in the market from the tools point of view.

Knowledge/Skills: Should have strong working knowledge of SQL/Oracle, VB Macros, Dashboard preparation, automating report preparations from multiple source systems. Should be a software Engineer and need programming background and strong sense of analytics aptitude. Should have expert level understanding in performing excel sheet modelling. Statistics: should be able to conduct and administer surveys and analyse data in SAS/SPSS/Minitab/ Matlab/other statistical packages(Using R preferred) using descriptive statistics, conduct hypothesis testing, perform ANOVA, Regression and correlation analysis. Time Series Modelling: should be able to perform univariate and multivariate analysis and should have worked in ARIMA Models and come out with forecasts and predictions. Master in Parametric and Non parametric tests usage. Should be fully conversant on the sampling distributions and arrive at logical and statistical conclusions from large data sets collection, compilation, analysis and conclusion. Should be conversant with latest in the data mining techniques of Association mining, Classification like ANN, Bayesian, Decision Trees, Logistic Regression; Should be able to perform clustering analysis, outlier analysis. Innovate to reduce manual reports preparation by running Macros/VB scripts so as to automate the reports preparation by pulling data from the source systems.
