Further to the Advertisement published on dtd. 14.11.2015 in Odia Daily –“THE SAMBAD” inviting applications from eligible candidates for the post of Financial LitercayCentre Coordinators for the districts Dhenkanal,Balasore ,Cuttack, Jagatsinghpur ,Puri,Keonjhar&Baripada,the detail scheme is hereby notified as follow. OdissaGramya Bank invites applications in the appended format from retired Bank Officers for the post of Financial Literacy Centre, Coordinators in the district of Puri, Dhenkanal, Cuttack,Balasore,Jagatsinghpur, Keonjhar&Baripada on the basis of following terms & conditions ,which must reach its Financial Inclusion Department on or before 30th November,2015. 1. Financial Literacy Centres (FLCs) – Model Scheme- Preamble Odisha Gramya Bank proposes to appoint 7 numbers of FLC Co-coordinators in its command area as per RBI guidelines to propagate financial literacy for the following identified FLC:

FLC-Coordinator should have sound knowledge of banking, law, finance, requisite communication and team building skills, etc. a. Should have retired on attaining superannuation/VRS from the Bank’s service as officer JMG-Ior above. b. Age should be less than 65 years c. Should have good health & willing to travel extensively within the command district. d. His integrity should not have been doubtful during his service in the Bank.||The proposed remuneration to the FLC-Coordinator would be as under:- a. Monthly Remuneration-Rs. 14,000/- b. In addition to the above, the actual travelling expense will be reimbursed as applicable in the Bank for Bike, Car or public transport system.(No DA/TA) c. Reimbursement of Rs. 500/- per month towards mobile charges, would also be made.|
Selection Procedure for Odisha Gramya Bank (OGB) – Financial Literacy Centres Coordinators Post:
Candidates can apply on or before 30/11/2015.
The candidates will be selected by interview by a Special Selection Committee as decided by the Bank.
In case of suitable and deserving cases, any of the requirements and conditions of eligibility mentioned above, may be relaxed at the discretion of the Management. The Management reserves the right to fill or not to fill the above advertised position without assigning any reason thereof.

The FLC-Coordinator will be removed from his engagement if the performance of the FLC-Coordinator is not found to be satisfactory. However the FLC-Coordinator will be given one month time/notice to improve his performance failing which his services will be discontinued with immediate effect.
