Job Description : • Negotiation and Preparation of commercially sound and legally binding contracts for procurement of EPC/ Non-EPC/ Supply/ Services contracts • Negotiate and execute contracts on time • Contract administration to ensure strict compliance to contract terms • Ensure timely execution , reporting, release of payments to contractors/vendors etc., throughout the execution of the contracts • Contractual correspondences • Claims control and Change Order management • Timely evaluate, monitor and mitigate residual risks in the contract • Timely closure of contracts • Support Contracts and Procurement Manager in contract administration and resolving contractual, commercial and payment related issues • Processing of Contractors/ Vendor invoices for payments by Finance and maintain proper records for accountability and traceability as per company policies and procedures • Handle all commercial issues related to the contracts • Experience in designing and drafting clear and sound contracts and agreements • Experience in Risk management will be an advantage • Have executed at least one large EPC/ Non-EPC contract completely, for Infrastructure project / Township, as applicable • Familiar with procurement of multiple EPC, Non-EPC, construction, supply and service contracts and contractors. • Have administered EPC/ Non-EPC/ supply/ services contracts, throughout the entire contractual period until closing. • Have sound knowledge of Statutory and Legal liabilities, Taxation, Insurance best practices, Legal procedures, Govt. Regulations, etc. for such contracts in India • Strong techno-commercial skills • Strong contractual letter drafting skills • Sound knowledge of acceptable commercial terms in the market for such contracts • Demonstrated ability to understand and analyse commercial conditions • Sound knowledge of contract interfaces • Sound market knowledge of suppliers and contractors, both domestic and international • Strong communication, leadership, and negotiation skills, including the ability to communicate effectively with senior leadership, various departments/ executives/ staff of the company, Government agencies and Local authorities. • Fluent in English and Hindi

Job Description : Overall control of the execution of TG work in BTG area in close coordination with the other civil /mechanical /electrical / C&I group Co ordinate TG contractors and interfaces to achieve the power plant schedule without delays, claims and counter claims. Attend weekly progress meetings. Review of TG vendor weekly and monthly progress reports. Assemble weekly and monthly progress reports for TG scope. Ensure TG contractor to comply with all safety health and environmental requirements of the project during erection and commissioning Ensure TG execution complies with the project schedule Ensure the TG exection comply with the contract quality Responsible for the attendance to Contractors ITP’s for TG erection Assist in the turn over of systems to commissioning while ensuring the pending items are tracked for completion
