Primary escalation Point of Contact for all GSC Bids in the form of SAM’s / COS / ASI’s, engaged by Customised & Innovative Solutions (CiS), Sales or the Business Units (BU) directly.
Liaising with the global Sales organisation to provide SCM capabilities, costs and recommendations for Bids and Proposals that require a Supply Chain evaluation.
Responsible for managing workload of GSC Responses, evaluating the Business Case proposed and SCM capabilities available as well as ensuring sign-off.
Identify any risks, assumptions and ensuring SCM responses are compliant to the relevant Global Regulatory and Export Control capabilities.
Managing all BM Trackers and Dashboards, supporting Head of BM in activity analysis and implementing improvement plans.
Maintaining Regional Interlocks ensuring accuracy in cost modelling, reflective of true SCM costs and operations.
Maintaining Interlock with CiS, sharing knowledge and platform for monthly discussions on activity as well as collaborative initiatives (training, documentation etc).
Responsibilities – Business Support
Will manage a business support role developing initiatives aimed at adding value to the Sales and Business Unit communities
Enhance the ‘FOIS easy-to-do-business’ ethos by streamlining interaction with Sales, providing swift knowledge, capabilities and solution design for new business.
Assisting Time-To-Market initiatives within FOIS, supporting GSC with new product and Vendor development.
Interacting with the Business Units to support short-to-medium term initiatives understanding financial systems, Quote vs. Actual analysis and cost-to-revenue allocation.
To create, manage and develop the SCM repository of knowledge (Matrix of Services, SharePoints, FAQ etc)
Supporting Head of BM with Make vs. Buy outsourcing initiatives, analysing risks to revenue and opportunities in leverage existing capabilities.
Carry out relevant analysis on adhoc basis (volume/rate analysis, spend, cost analysis, cost savings etc)
Assist in any ad-hoc projects/assignments that are FOIS and Supply Chain.
