Experience is defined as under:

Candidate should have experience in Project Management/ Quality Control of Civil Engineering Projects

Post Basic pay Allowances Other perks
Engineer (Civil) Rs. 14, 940/- (1 to 3 %

annual increment based on the performance)

65% in Non-metro cities 70% in Metro Cites other than Mumbai/Bangalore 75% for Mumbai/ Bangalore. Medical & Accidental Insurance for self and Employer’s contribution towards PF @ 12% would be borne by the company.

Selection Procedure :

Written Test on 14/03/2016.

Shortlisted candidates will undertake face to face interview.

Certificate in support of claim for age concession, where applicable. 4. Experience certificates, Form 16, salary slips and bona fide certificates only are acceptable as proof of experience. Offer letters are not acceptable. 5. No hard copy of any documents/forms is to be sent to this office 6. Departmental Candidates of RITES are required to apply through proper channel. 7.
