Rashtriya Ispat Nigam Limited – Visakhapatnam Steel Plant (RINL-VSP), a Navratna Company under the Ministry of Steel, Government of India and India’s first shore-based integrated Steel Plant, invites applications from qualified, experienced and competent Male Indian professionals for the following posts in Garbham Manganese Mines, Garbham, Vizianagaram District:

Mining Mate (S-3) Qualification : Should have passed SSC with Mining Mate Certificate of Competency (Restricted to Open Cast Mines) issued by DGMS. Should have 15 years experience in open cast Manganese Mines.

Register Keeper (S-3) : Should have passed BA/B.Com. Should have 15 years experience in maintaining the registers, records and preparing the returns pertaining to Directorate General of Mines Safety (DGMS), Indian Bureau of Mines (IBM), Directorate of Mines and Geology (DMG), Provident Fund (PF), Regional Labour Commissioner (RLC) and Welfare Cess etc. in Open Cast Manganese Mine

Asst. Register Keeper (S-1) Should have passed SSC. Should have 12 years experience in assisting Register Keeper in Maintaining the statutory registers and records in Open Cast Manganese Mine

Heavy Equipment Operator (S-1) Should have passed SSC. Should have 15 years experience in Operation and assistance in repairs and maintenance of Heavy Earth Moving Machinery (HEMM) like Excavator, Tipper, Loader and Dozer in Open Cast Manganese Mine. Should possess Valid Heavy Motor Vehicle(HMV) License.

Scale of Pay and Grade : `16800 -3%-24110

Post Qualification Experience 15 years

Upper Age Limit # (As on 1.12.2015) : SC – 45 yrs. OBC – 43 yrs. UR – 40 yrs.

COST TO COMPANY (CTC): `4.35 Lakhs per annum (approximately) for S-3 Grade posts i.e. Sl.No 1 & 2 and `4.08 Lakhs per annum (approximately) for S-1 Grade posts i.e Sl.No 3 & 4 which includes Pay and Dearness Allowance, Conveyance Allowance, Special Allowance, Annual Performance Reward, LTC/LTA, Leave and Encashment of Earned Leave, Contributory Provident Fund, Gratuity etc. It may be noted that the retirement benefits like CPF, Gratuity etc., are payable only on separation (resignation / termination not included) of the employee from the services of the Company. In addition to the above the Company offers free medical treatment for self, family and dependent parents and House Rent Allowance (HRA) in case the candidate is not provided with quarter in the Company’s Township.
