Assistant Relationship Manager – FIGU:

Prepare the credit approval/renewal memorandum and risk analysis reports
Understanding of client’s business model and assessment of client’s credit requirement

  1. Approval from risk and credit committee.
  2. Financial analysis and client wise risk monitoring.
  3. Proactive portfolio management, review and improve credit quality of client’s portfolio.
  4. Syndicate and liaise with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless delivery to client.

Relationship Manager -Primer Current Account:

  1. New to bank acquisition of high end current accounts through open market lead generation and closure, 4~5 CA in a month of which 2 should be PCA & IP of 3 lacs, M1 MAB of 4 lacs.
  2. Adherence to Bank policies and guidelines such as KYC & AML
    Ensure successful onboarding of customer for a smooth transition to branch banking team.
  3. Activation of customer – Ensure that customer maintains required balances & starts transactions in his accounts (within M1 & Q1), 80% of customers to maintain specified AQB, 75% penetration of internet banking, 50% penetration of DSB.
  4. Activities for lead generation
  5. Cross sell – Lead generation/ basic enquiry, liaising with Branch Manager & product teams (RBL, trade, FX, CMS/DSB etc.) to offer right business solutions to the customer

Relationship Manager – Insignia Preffered Banking:

  1. Owner of Business Banking relationships mapped to him
  2. Responsible for achieving the allocated CA portfolio targets.
  3. Engages clients to the complete width of Banking Products with RBL, including Business Lending, Trade and Fx, Investments. to Business Fees, Trade & Fx.
  4. Deepens existing relationships by cross selling other products like collections and payments (Transaction Banking Services Offer)
  5. Creates client engagement programs and seminars with the help of regional marketing teams.
  6. Ensures adherence to daily activity goals assigned by the BB head.
  7. Manages, upkeep , report MIS and data points as required.
  8. Maintains working knowledge of the local market, its trends, its potential, competitors, premiere service providers, etc.
  9. Ensures effective client retention by utilizing all available support services
  10. Strict compliance to CAMML policy and adherence to KYC for new acquisitions
  11. Annual renewal of RAF (Risk Assessment Form) of increased risk customer and due diligence for required customers

  1. To maintain disbursement productivity on month on month basis
  2. To organize Gram Sabhas / Gram Sabha Fairs at regular intervals. To maintain relationship with farmers, aggregators and input dealers
