Greet & Guide Visitors

Greeting visitors with a pleasant smile & making them comfortable

Taking details of the visitor by guiding them to make entry in the visitors register.

Guiding them to the right person they have come to meet & in case the person is busy, making them comfortably wait at the reception / meeting room 40% Telecommunication system management

Receiving internal & external calls & transferring them to desired extensions

Resolving common queries like address etc on the call

Maintaining the call extension list & updating the same at regular intervals 30% Meeting room management

Taking bookings for meeting rooms & allotting the same w.r.t to number of attendees & other requirements

Maintaining the board room & other equipment related to meeting rooms

Stationery Procurement

Receiving request from departments along with cost centre for any stationery requirement

Forwarding the same to the stationery vendor & following up till the items are received.

Any other additional responsibility given by Reporting Manager. 15%

Graduate with 50% marks
2 year experience in a similar role • Pleasing Personality

Experience of working in large corporate is preferred

Excellent interpersonal skills
