EMOLUMENTS: Scale-II – 36986.10; Scale-I – ` 27644.25; Office Assistant – 13762.80 inclusive of DA and HRA at the current rates depending on the place of posting.

 

PROBATION PERIOD: 02 Years for Officer Scale-I & II and 01 Year for Office Assistant
(Multipurpose)

For Officer Scale- II Above 21 years – Below 32 years
For Officer Scale- I Above 18 years – Below 28 years
For Office Assistant(MP) Between 18 years and 28 years

EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE (as on 01-06-2012)

Office Assistant (Multipurpose)
Degree in any discipline from a recognized University or its equivalent
Essential: Proficiency in local language

 

Officer Scale-I
Degree in any discipline from a recognized University or its equivalent (Preference will be given to the candidates having degree in Agriculture, Horticulture, Forestry, Animal Husbandry, Veterinary Science, Agricultural Engineering, Pisciculture, Agricultural Marketing and Co-operation, Information Technology, Management, Law, Economics and Accountancy;
Proficiency in local language

 

Officer Scale-II Middle Management
Degree in any discipline from a recognized University or its equivalent with a minimum of 50% marks in aggregate. Preference will be given to the candidates having degree/diploma in Banking, Finance, Marketing, Agriculture, Horticulture, Forestry, Animal Husbandry, Veterinary Science, Agricultural Engineering, Pisciculture, Agricultural Marketing and Co-operation, Information Technology, Management, Law, Economics and Accountancy.
Two years as an officer in a Bank or Financial Institution.

 

APPLICATION FEE (INCLUDING POSTAGE/ INTIMATION CHARGES) (NONREFUNDABLE):
Officer (Scale I, II & III)
– Rs. 20/- for SC/ST/PWD candidates.

Office Assistant (Multipurpose)

Requisite Application Fee may be paid through any of the Branches of Madhya Bihar Gramin Bank by means of a Payment challan available in the Bank’s website.

 

SELECTION PROCEDURE:

For Officer Scale-I:- Selection will be made on the basis of performance in RRBs- Common Written Examination (CWE) conducted by IBPS in September 2012 and Personal Interview. Merit list of the candidates for final selection based on Total Weighted Standard Scores (TWSS) obtained by them in CWE of IBPS and Personal Interview will be prepared in descending order under each SC/ST/OBC/UR category.
For Officer Scale-II (Middle Management):- Selection will be made on the basis of performance in RRBs- Common Written Examination (CWE) conducted by IBPS in September 2012 and Personal Interview. PERSONAL INTERVIEW: Depending on the number of vacancies, Bank will call from among who have applied to bank, the number, equivalent to three times the number of vacancies short-listed based on their Total Weighted Standard Scores (TWSS). Remaining applicants, if any will not receive an interview call from the Bank.

 

INTERVIEW CENTRES: The Interview will be held at a centre which is convenient to the Bank and the address of the venue will also be advised in the call letters. The address of the venues will also be displayed in the Bank‟s website one week before the dates for commencement of Interviews.
