Perform daily work activities as directed by Manager
Perform the day to day processing/delivery of all Trade Services Products related to Trade CSC with the primary purpose of meeting service standards.
Ensure compliance of all internal procedures, Group Guidelines, operational controls and regulatory requirements.
Assist manager to implement changes to internal standards and procedures in line with the development in the Business.
Assist Officers/Asst Managers in performance of their daily work activities.
Key responsibilities relating to TRADE:
Preparation of PPCL and Scanning activities through e-flow-S2O
Verification of Export Bank Realisation Certificates and maintaining excel.
Verification and input of Import Bills of Entry and assisting in updation of entry in RSR,report generating. Despatch of BOE reminders and acknowledgements. Filing of BOE acknowledgement and sending it for filing and maintaining records
Receiving documents from the counter, fax and inward couriers and despatching documents and handing over to the respective Officers for processing.
Updating of A1 and GR/Shipping Bills and providing details relating to R Returns and submission to Mumbai Centralised team
Despatch of PDCs relating to Channel deals
Processing of Export Agency Commission, Export Claim, GR Waiver Maintaining register and follow up.
Physical verification of documents every month as per schedule
Preparation of internal/external Returns, Reports, reminders to customers for GR waiver, Merchant transactions, Packing credit, and MIS statements
Handling customer calls and queries, Bill of entry queries of customers
General filing. Assisting the Officer in sending of documents to Archival centres and preparation of sheets for Archival.
Receiving DHL and all inward couriers DHL ticket checking, high value cheque input and LC ticket checking
Supporting BRC and maintaining EXCEL for MIS reports
Act in complete compliance with the banks Data confidentiality policy at all times which also governs sending of data to external parties over email.
Function as Archival Representative as Maker
Process other transactions as needed and in the absence of the primary staff assigned to do these functions.
Improvement of overall productivity of the unit by Assisting Officers/Asst Managers in their daily activities.
Ensure adherence to daily task list of critical functionalities and cut-off times.
Carry out functions which may be assigned from time to time by line managers and Unit Head
