Job Description:

Monitor calls as per the prescribed guidelines
Attend call calibration sessions
Provide feedback to Consultants and Team Leads
Identify and highlight Failure Modes in the process
Generate QA reports and publish
Identify unethical practices and present them to the Quality Manager/Quality Team Lead


Eligibility Criteria:

Note to Current Sutherland Employees:
6 months of call-taking experience
No warning letters/MIP issued in last three months
Only L1 applicants with a minimum of 18 months of experience in current role can apply (Vertical Movement)
Only L2 applicants with a minimum of six months of experience in current role can apply (Lateral Movement)
This position is open to employees across any process/function
Applicants meeting the eligibility criterion will be ranked based on average KRA scores during the past six months
Selected employee needs to be released within 20 days from the date of announcement or agreed date as confirmed by the hiring program, which ever falls later
