Job Description:


The purpose of this job role is to have accountability to provide technical and analytical support to Operations through accurate and quality auditing. An important aspect of this role is to efficiently highlight errors and gaps in processes to support Operations in meeting customer expectations while meeting compliance requirements with the Companys policies and industry regulations.


I. To efficiently support business Operations (Ops) with process-related audits:

Performing assigned audit activities as per the annual audit plan designed by the Audit Committee and Audit Senior Manager for the Ops departments in a timely manner.
Liaising with the Ops skill sets for surveys, under the guidance of the Team Coach/ Team Leader on the assigned audit subject to obtain a working knowledge of the nature of the subject.
Performing audits on Billing Account Numbers (BANs) for Upgrades and other process related areas to check for compliance requirement with Ops department policies & processes is met.
Review of the commercial transactions (Goodwill etc.) and its adherence to process.
Ensuring completion of audit assignments on a daily basis as per defined timelines to ensure the teams Average Productivity Time (APT) is maintained efficiently.

II. To provide reporting requirements & support to Internal Audits:
Diligently checking and highlighting errors in Operations activities and reporting to the Team Coach in a timely manner to ensure compliance
Reviewing compliance of regulatory requirements already conducted by user departments (Ops/ Ops Support) and documenting the same for any deviation from defined policies/processes
Highlighting and reporting fraudulent activities to the Team Coach/ Team Leader and Fraud & Security team in a timely manner
Highlighting and escalating any disputes in reference to process gaps and errors based on audits conducted, to the Team Coach/ Team Leader in a timely manner for effective resolution
Ensuring effective implementation of the corrective actions received through feedback from Team Coach/ Team Leader in a timely manner with quality assurance
Providing inputs and validating the audit conclusions with the Team Coach/ Team Leader ensuring factual accuracy and quality of audits conducted
Documenting and reporting all audit findings on a daily basis to Team Coach/ Team Leader to ensure APT and escalations of process gaps and compliance/ errors in a timely manner
Conducting thorough analysis of the various audit findings to ensure accuracy of the audit activities and reduce dispute reversals from Ops floor and team.
