Tesco Hindustan Service Centre hiring Design Associate

tescoTesco Hindustan Service Centre is hiring FRESHERS for Design Associate profile
To support store layout planning for Tesco Retail Stores in UK & Ireland. We work closely with Retail planners in the UK and detail the retail plan sent for Development and Construction


I am a Work Level 1 because:
I deliver quality and reliable service to my customers and/or colleagues as per agreed Key Performance Indicators/ guidelines with the support of my managers.

I spend
70% of my time processing the inputs and all core activities imperative to delivery of store layout plans
20% of my time interacting with Project Stakeholders and managers
10% of my time updating trackers & relevant dashboards.

I know I’ve done a great job if:
I am proficient in producing store plans using CAD application (MSTN / AutoCAD)
I am proficient in reading & interpreting Format Plans
I always notify the Senior Associate on any irregularities on TESCO standards / Retail Design Maintain drawing standards.
I maintain accuracy in resolving any conflicts that may arise during the course of developing the plan.
I consistently meet the Accuracy Standards and work delivery schedule
I always do self-review of the work produced by me.
I diligently maintain login trackers accurately
