Primary role is towork with real time Equity/Commodity traders, Portfolio Managers from variousbrokerage houses and Global Banks to assist with navigation, customizingThomson Reuters products and also assisting with data search and identifyingany data errors, This could entail escalating the problem to a “2ndlevel” support group or the technical support desk.
Expertise toInterpret and analyze the trading requirements and provide right resolutionsand workarounds in specific situations.
Help Customersrealize full potential of the application and provide recommendations &solution to maximize application utilization
Recommend Technicaland Fundamental analysis through our highly intuitive charting tools using TRProducts.
Recommendsolutions to customer application questions with regards to navigation,functionality, content, data quality & entitlements using TR Products.
Interact with variousThomson Reuters departments(Technical Support, Content, entitlements, feedsupport, sales, training) to resolve client questions/problems
Closely work with Account Managers, RelationshipManagers and Technical Account Managers
Communicateregularly with Product Managers and sales team regarding Client feedback andinternal product enhancements and updates
Ability to speakto our Clients intelligently and use their critical reasoning skills toidentify the problem and solution quickly
Maintain log ofproblems by creating a ticket in the Thomson Reuters CRM application. Followinquiry through to resolution and close the ticket when completed
Respond to and record customer requests forimprovements to our software applications by entering “enhancementrequests” through the CRM application and following through by interactingwith the Product Management team with regards to these requests
Potential toprovide professional & courteous training of clients over the telephone viaWeb-Ex or by walking individual customers through the software
Assist in thecontinual development and evolution of the Market Data client services group.
Excellent multi-tasking and organizational skills are required to manage outstanding issues until resolution
Should be willing to work in rotational shifts
