Job Description:


First Level Support:
The team acts as the ‘first point of contact’ to all the business users of the IM Applications. This team receives all the issues raised by the users and helps to resolve them. While it resolves the issues which are ‘functional’ in nature, it also coordinates with other specialist teams to get resolution for other issues.

Access Management:
This support is to manage the process of providing Access and Authorization to the business users for the different IM Applications. This process has to be managed as per the business rules and authorization flow set up by the application owners. It also ensures the compliance with the stringent SOX guidelines wherever applicable.

Data Quality Assurance:
This service is to ensure the accuracy and quality of data in the IM applications. This involves the proactive verification of the data against the source applications and taking measures to get them rectified through timely liaison with the technical teams.

Candidate Profile:
Candidate should possess B.Com/BBM preferably with MBA in Finance from a recognized University or Institution.

Exposure to handling user queries
SAP exposure as business / system user

Key Skills:

Ability to understand and analyse the issues raised by the users
Ability to coordinate with multiple teams to ensure early resolution of issues
Excellent communication and inter-personal skills
Ability to multi-task
Ability to build effective relationships across different language/cultural and organisational styles.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite particularly Word, Access and Excel
Excellent written communication skills
Willingness to work in shifts

0-1.5 years of experience
Basic Functional knowledge in Financials/Supply Chain
