Job Description: 1. Ensures that informational needs of our client and internal customers are met by designing and creating reports. 2. Support customer with issue resolution & troubleshooting 3. Support data entry work as required on demand 4. Willingness to work on 6PM-3AM shift on demand basis 5. Experience of using tools such as Microsoft Access and Excel to generate reports to internal and external customers. 6. Must be able to understand and handle onshore client requirements. 7. Ensure timely delivery and 100% accuracy of all reports. 8. Consolidation of data and information into more comprehensive reports. 9. Interacts with other departments to determine reporting needs and provides expectations for completion. 10. Designs and creates ad hoc reports to meet client needs. 11. Supports the goals of the department by performing ad hoc duties as assigned by the director / supervisor. 12. Problem solving abilities to efficiently handle the Ad-hoc requirements 13. Must be able to enter operational data on a web portal with 100% accuracy.
Additional responsibilities: 1. Report knowledge transition documents. 2. Implementation of documents. 3. Generation of reports according to timelines in Schedule of Reports. 4. Support innovation & automation drive in team. 5. Should be responsible for updating Operations data in portal accurately.
Mandatory skills: 1. 6 – 24 months of relevant experience in MIS 2. 6 – 24 months of helpdesk experience 3. Bachelor degree with 3 years of regular education 4. Very good knowledge of MS EXCEL and knowledge of SQL would be preferred 5. Basic VBA knowledge is an add on 6. Very good communication skills, as role requires the person to frequently interact with onshore partners.
