University Science Instrumentation Center (USIC), University of Delhi invites applications for the post of Technical officer on contractual basis for operating analytical instruments

Name of the post : Technical Officer (Contractual) Rs. 35,000/- per month Contractual for 6 months Likely to continue Age limit: 35 years

Qualifications : Post graduate degree in Physics/Chemistry/Botany/Zoology with at least 55% marks in the relevant field of specialization Three years’ experience as Research Assistant/Project fellow/STA with relevant experience in handling sophisticated analytical instruments. b) Desirable experience: – Direct work experience in handling Hi-end analytical instruments like Mass spectrometer, Scanning electron microscope, Raman spectrometer, DTA/TGA/DSC equipment. – Special training certificates on the operation of any instruments. – Knowledge of using computers is necessary.
