DSE Management(Knowledge about DSEs, Top KROs and managing performance trackers for DSEs)
Distributor Management (Building Trust & Relationships with Distributors, ability to assess required manpower at Distributor, Basic knowledge about distributor’s financial capability, Knowledge about channel productivity norms)
Sales Basics (Beat Plan, Outlet categorization, merchandising, market expansion, knowledge of Sales Schemes and CSMs role in it)
Role is to ensuring flow of knowledge, skills and training from the company to the dealer/ retailer staff to ensuring output as per business plan
1 Year MBA Program with Placements
