TUTOR AT THE NURSING TRAINING INSTITUTES IN THE DIRECTORATE OF E.S.I. (M.B.) SCHEME UNDER THE LABOUR DEPARTMENT, GOVT. OF W.B. : SEVEN [1 each reserved for O.B.C.-A & S.T. and 2 for S.C.] PAY : (P.B. – 4) Rs. 9,000/- – Rs. 40,500/- with Grade Pay Rs. 4,700/-. QUALIFICATIONS: Essential: i) A master degree in Nursing/B.Sc. in Nursing (Basic or Post Basic)/Diploma in Nursing Education & Administration or any other post basic courses namely Public Health Nursing Course with 2 years’ teaching experience; ii) Good power or expression in Bengali – Spoken and written. AGE: Not more than 32 years on 01.01.2016 relaxable for the person already in Government Service.

PASS GRADUATE TEACHER (BENGALI MEDIUM) IN GOVT. HIGH SCHOOLS AND JUNIOR HIGH SCHOOLS IN THE WEST BENGAL SUBORDINATE EDUCATIONAL SERVICE in the under mentioned subjects : a) ARTS : FIVE [1 each reserved for S.C., S.T. & P.D. (Hearing Impairment)] b) SCIENCE : SIX [1 each reserved for O.B.C-A & S.C] PAY : (P.B. – 3) Rs. 7,100/- – Rs. 37,600/- with Grade Pay Rs.4,100/-. QUALIFICATIONS: Essential: i) Bachelor of Arts from a recognised University for post at item No. 2(a); & Bachelor of Science from a recognised University for post at item No. 2(b); ii) Degree in Teaching/Education or its equivalent; iii) Knowledge in Bengali – Spoken and Written.

DRAWING MASTER (ENGLISH MEDIUM) IN GOVT. HIGH AND JUNIOR HIGH SCHOOLS AND GOVT. (Blindness or Low Vision)] (Women unsuitable) PAY : (i) Rs. 7,100/- – Rs. 37,600/- with Grade Pay Rs. 4,100/- for Diploma holders from Government College of Art and Craft and (ii) Rs. 7,100/- – Rs. 37,600/- with Grade Pay Rs. 3,900/- for other Diploma holders. QUALIFICATIONS: Essential: i) Diploma in Art from Govt. College of Art and Craft or from Kala Bhavan, Viswa Bharati or equivalent qualifications; ii) Proficiency in more than one branch of craft; iii) Knowledge in Bengali – Spoken and Written. AGE : For all the posts at item No. 2 to 4 : Not more than 32 years on 01.01.2016 relaxable upto 37 years for specially well qualified and experienced candidates and for persons holding substantive appointment in the Teaching branch of Education Department, West Bengal. N.B. For all the posts at item no. 3 & 4 : (i) Selected Candidates may be posted in Govt. School/Madrasah in West Bengal and their services are transferable. (ii) The posts are borne in West Bengal Subordinate Educational Service.

FEE : Rs160/- (Rupees one hundred and sixty) only + Service Charge 1% of Examination Fee subject to a minimum of Rs. 5/- (Rupees Five) for online payment through debit/credit card plus 12.36% of service charge as Govt. Duty or Service Charge of Rs. 5/- (Rupees Five) only for Net Banking or Service Charge of Rs. 20/- (Rupees Twenty) only for payment through Bank counter (off-line payment). S.C./S.T. candidates of West Bengal and Persons with disabilities (PWD) having physical disability of 40% and above are not required to pay any fee. BC candidates of West Bengal are, however, required to pay usual fee as aforesaid. NO EXEMPTION OF FEE IS AVAILABLE TO SC/ST/BC CANDIDATES OF OTHER STATES. No claim for refund of the fee will be entertained nor will it be held in reserve for any other examination.

Where experience of a number of years is prescribed as an item of qualification this would mean only experience/research experience gained in full time employment/research. [Candidates must possess certificate(s) from the Head(s) of Organisation(s)/Department(s) for the entire experience claimed, clearly mentioning the duration of employment (date, month and year) and indicating basic pay and consolidated pay within the closing date of Advertisement. The certificate(s) should also mention the nature of duties performed/experience obtained in the post(s) with duration(s)].

Besides pay, the posts carry allowances as admissible.

The benefits of reservation of vacancies and upper age concession upto 5 years are admissible only to S.C. and S.T. candidates of West Bengal & the benefits of reservation of vacancies and upper age concession upto 3 years are admissible only to O.B.C.-A & O.B.C.-B candidates of West Bengal. Such benefits are also available upto 45 years for Persons with Disabilities.
