Job Description:


  1. Excellent Spoken English skill is a MUST
  2. Minimum of 1 Year of BPO Experience is a MUST
  3. Ability to analyze and solve customer queries over the phone ( INBOUND, NO SALES )
  4. Excellent communication skills with ability to manage customer conversation ensuring confidence, clarity and ability to build rapport.
  5. Strong interpersonal skills & Strong analytical skills.
  6. Keyboard & PC Literate (User level knowledge of Microsoft Operating Systems & MS Office) .
  7. 5 days/week (2 Week Offs)
  8. Free Pick-Up & Drop facility provided with Security Guard (As Per Company Policy)
  9. Provident Fund, Gratuity, Mediclaim, Life Insurance etc. provided
  10. Free Pick & Drop with Security etc.


  1. Take responsibility for owning and resolving customer issues ensuring that an exceptional customer experience is delivered on every contact.
  2. Quickly identify customer dissatisfaction and take every opportunity to apologize, recover the Customers’ perception and deliver an outstanding experience.
  3. Take responsibility for ownership and delivery of own KPI targets.
  4. Positively welcome coaching and feedback to continually improve own performance.
  5. Work effectively as part of a team, share best practice and contribute to the success of the team.
  6. Providing a positive contribution to the team and business by identifying better ways of doing things while maintaining an excellent understanding of the role and knowing how it fits into the organization. Suggest ways to improve how we work.

Desired Candidate Profile:-

  1. Minimum of 1 Year of BPO Experience is a MUST
  2. Undergraduates & Graduates in any stream
  3. 18-45 years of age
  4. B.E./ BTech(Electrical,electronics, Computer science, instrumentation) only
  5. CA, MTech, MBA & MCA, CS, ICWA, MSc(IT) (or equivalent) NOT eligible
  6. Excellent Spoken English skill is a MUST
  7. Candidates should not be part of any Regular Academic course.
  8. Willing to work in Night Shifts
  9. Free Pick-Up & Drop facility provided with Security Guard (As Per Company Policy)
  10. Ready to work in Non-Technical Customer Support VOICE process
