International Voice Technical & Customer Support Associate required with the following skill set:
Opening for Technical & Customer Support (Voice)
Excellent Spoken English skills is a MUST

 

Sound Technical Skills – Windows OS, MS Office, Knowledge of computer hardware, network and Internet services
Ability to analyze and solve technical queries/issues over the phone ( INBOUND, NO SALES )
Lucrative Salary & Incentives (attendance, performance, client incentives etc.)
5 days/week ( 2 Week Offs )
Free Pick-Up & Drop facility provided with Security Guard (As Per Company Policy)

MTech, MBA & MCA (or equivalent) NOT eligible
Excellent Spoken English skills is a MUST
Candidates should not be part of any Regular Academic course.
Willing to work in Night Shifts (Rotational shifts)
Ready to work in either Technical or Non-Technical VOICE process
