Qualification in Details:

1. Essential: M. Phil(Psychology, Counseling, Psychiatry, Mental Health) Or MA/M.Sc.( Psychology, Counseling, Psychiatry, Mental Health) Or Masters in Social Work (specialized in Psychiatry/Mental Health) from a recognized university. Or Regular PG Diploma (Full time) in Psychology/Psychiatry from a reputed organization.
2. Desirable: Ph.D. (Psychology, Counselling, Psychiatry) Basic knowledge in Computers, Good proficiency in English, Hind. Good verbal and nonverbal communication skills
3 .Job Requirement: 
The job involves active counselling of students largely in the 18 – 30 age groups, organizational work in connection with developing a suitable counselling program for students and liaison work with professional volunteer agencies and hospitals for the benefits of the student population of the Institute. Also, the job requires:
a. Targets psychological counselling of individuals for common conditions such as anxiety, adjustment disorder, depression, addiction;
b. Group therapy for certain conditions;
c. Developing and execute appropriate follow up procedure for monitoring progress; d. Designing and organizing of regular workshops addressing a variety of subjects such as stress management, self – esteem, test anxiety, managing mood swings, enhancing study skills, stigma attached to accessing mental health care;
4. Work Experience Minimum of 2 years in Professional Psychological Counselling
5. Consolidated monthly Remuneration Rs. 40,000/- (Rupees Forty Thousand Only)
