Qualification in Details:

1. Manager - Coal and Ash handling plant operation: Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical/Electrical/Instrumentation or equivalent with minimum 60% of marks

2. Manager (Operation), Desk Engineer: Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical/Electrical/Instrumentation or equivalent with minimum 60% of marks. Job Description : 8 -12 years of post qualification experience in the executive cadre in the relevant area in a Govt./PSU or private company of repute. The candidate must have similar experience in a power plant of Unit size not less than 210MW and must have excellent communication, interpersonal, analytical and problem solving skills. Responsible for Start Up, Synchronization, Shut Down and Emergency Handling of BTG from DCS by keeping a close watch on the parameters of BTG and following the SOP on Operation Techniques.

3. Manager (Engineering) Electrical: Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical or any other equivalent engineering discipline with minimum 60% marks. Job Description : 8-12 years of post qualification experience in the executive cadre in the relevant area in a Govt./PSU or private company of repute. The candidate must have similar experience in a power plant of Unit size not less than 210MW and must have excellent communication, interpersonal, analytical and problem solving skills.

Selection Procedure

Selection process will comprise of Telephonic Interview (if need be) and Personal Interview of shortlisted candidates.
