iii. Job Description : 8-10 years of post qualification experience in the executive cadre in the relevant area in a Govt./PSU or private company of repute. The incumbent will carry out routine/standard performance tests of Coal power plant major euipment, turbine & Boiler. Must focus on analyzing operational parameters with an objective to achieve best achievable heat rate. Coordinating with various O&M team for implementing perfromance enhancement projects. keeping record of detailed performance related data. Monitoring and recording of Pre & Post Outage performance data. Knowledge on performance monitoring methodologies based on thermodynamic simulation models for thermal power plant operating data.

3. Manager - (Contracts)
i. Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical/Electrical/Instrumentation

ii. Min. Years of Experience: 8-12Years

iii. Job Description : 8-12 years of experience in commercial department in executive cadre in Govt./PSU or private company of repute. The candidate must have experience in contract award and execution /material procurement processes. Responsible to lead Mechanical maintenance team of Ash systems of main plant and execute best maintenance practices in compliance with all statutory and EHS procedures and regulations. Must be conversant with modern maintenance management tools like CMMS, RCA, RCM practices. Guide the team in spare parts planning, inventory control, Planning for annual overhauling/capital overhauling, renovation and modernization works, performance evaluations and performing residual life assessment. Execution of reliability centered maintenance practices and administration of Maintenance Management System. Perform a variety of administrative duties as well as responsible for EHS and other relevant compliances. Responsible for development of subordinates and succession planning, preparing plant budget forecasts including Capex Budgets, formulating strategy and cost minimization. Must have ability to find out the KSA gaps of the subordinates through Competency Matrix and to identify the training needs to bridge those. Mentor and coach subordinate/s to develop the team’s capabilities.

Perform SAP client administration (create client, copy client, delete client, export/import client) as required. Planning and implementation of SAP system upgrades.
