Selection Procedure

only shortlisted candidates shall be called for interview. On the interview the preliminary screening of the application will be done before the candidate is shortlisted for appearing the personal Interview. INTERVIEW Based on the credentials and performance in the personal interview the candidates will be selected and the offer of engagement shall be issued to the suitable candidates in the order of merit and based on the number of vacancies and will be subject to verification of antecedents and caste certificate (in case of reserved category candidates). It may be noted that: 1. The candidates are required to carry all the supporting documents (marks sheet, degree, caste certificate, disability certificate, domicile certificate etc.) at the venue for verification 2. RECTPCL may adopt higher criteria in case of receipt of more number of applicants meeting eligibility criteria. MEDICAL FITNESS SELECTION PROCESS 3. If required, the interview will be rolled over to next day and in such a case, the candidate has to make his/ her own arrangement for stay. No compensation will be payable in this regard.

Apply Procedure

The appointment is purely on Fixed Tenure Basis and it is not against any permanent vacancy.
This placement will not entitle any candidate to claim for regular/ permanent employment in the company.
 Only Indian Nationals are eligible to apply.
 One candidate may apply for only one post. In case a candidate applies for more than one post then the application for lower post shall be considered.
 The present vacancy is for the state of Jammu & Kashmir. However, person may be posted in other state of India at the discretion of the company. The selected candidate(s) should be able to join at the earliest.
Those working in Govt. / PSUs may apply through proper channel/ submit NOC at the time of Interview or should submit proper relieving letter from present employer in the event of selection.
The cut-off date for age and experience is 31.08.2017 7. Mere fulfilling of eligibility criteria shall not confer any right to the applicant for being called for the interview/appointment. Canvassing in any form will disqualify the candidate.
Teaching experience and training period (Induction) will not be counted as experience.
The company reserves the right to cancel/amend the advertisement and/or the selection process there under. The number of positions filled may increase or decrease depending on the requirement. 10. Please note that no TA/ DA shall be paid for appearing the interview.
 The reserved category candidates are required to submit the caste / category certificate in prescribed format of Government of India, issued by the competent authority.
OBC candidates belonging to creamy layer category should apply as general category against general vacancies only.
 All appointments will be subject to medical fitness as per company rules.
 Candidates should ensure that they full fill the eligibility criteria prescribed for the post they have applied in case it found at any stage of selection process or even after appointment that the candidate has furnished false or incorrect information or suppressed any relevant information/ material facts or does not full fill the criteria, his / her candidature / services are liable for rejection/ termination without notice.
