Mere fulfilling eligibility conditions will not entitle any candidate to be called for interview. Stringent criteria will be applied for shortlisting the candidates. The University reserves the right to place reasonable limit on the total number of candidates to be called for interview
 

Assistant Registrar: Only the candidates short listed by the Screening Committee will be called for interview by determining the ratio between the number of vacancies and number of candidates. The ratio shall not normally exceed 1:20 maximum and minimum ratio shall not be less than 1:3 for each post subject to the condition that a minimum of 60% marks in the screening is secured by the candidate to be eligible for the interview call for all above mentioned posts. The screening will be done on the basis of a score card prescribed for each post (AnnexureI

). The weightage to score card marks and interview will be in the ratio of 70: 30 for the post of Dean/Associate Professor.
