3. Experience: The candidate should possess minimum 10 years’ experience in Human Resources functions. Experience in Human Resources function within the payment industry will be given preference.

4. Job Role: 

a. Should be capable of leading & supporting a team of HR Collaborating and Facilitating with management team to craft the company vision and mission. Expertise in HR process automation Should have analytical and critical thinking so as to have sound judgment & engage in high - impact decision making in number of HR related areas. Ability to analyse situations, view implications of decisions to be taken from critical perspective. Ability to represent HR audits, litigations, Liaising with internal as well as external customers. Experience in handling compliance and disciplinary proceedings .

b. Plan, Direct and implement HR strategy for HR Management and development including Recruitment & Selection , policies , grievance counselling, contracts training and development succession planning , compensation and benefits, motivation, culture and attitude development, performance management and quality Management. Monitor , measure and report on HR issues , opportunities for development and achievement within agreed formats and timescale. Lead, direct, motivate and develop the reporting staff Manage and control departmental expenditures Liaise with other functional / departmental head so as to understand all necessary aspects and needs of the HR Development and ensure Expertise in HR process automation fully informed HR objectives, purpose & achievement.

c. Audit and authenticate all documents related to legal, salary statement and distribution, policies etc. Oversee all compliance are in place. Assessing staff budget-projection of manpower needs, manpower planning and recruitment. Recruitment and selection of both Onroll and Offroll employees which will include making job profile, advertising, conducting interviews, carrying out background checks, salary finalization, offer letters etc. Monitor timely preparation and disbursal of salaries and other perks and allowances. Initiate learning and development activities for employees. Any other HR activities and jobs assigned from time to time.

2. Job Profile: Assistant Vice President - Information & Technology

Qualification: Post Graduate

Experience: The candidate should possess minimum 10 years’ experience in IT / Project Management / PMO preferred. Experience in IT / Project Management / PMO from Merchant acquiring industry will be preferred.

Job Role: 

a. Experience in projects implementation in digital payments Domain Good knowledge of IT project management and project implementation Deep understanding of regulatory and payment scheme’s requirements Deep understanding of Business Processes required for processing card transactions, QR/UPI transactions & wallets Ability to independently manage complex contract negotiations, working with senior executives inside and outside of SBI PSPL. Have proven analytical skills and an ability to manage a program “by the numbers”.

b. Must be metrics-driven Responsible for the overall project management function, providing leadership, coordination and management of PMO processes and functions, managing delivery. Program Management, Delivery schedule, Change process management, Project Monitoring and Status Reporting to Senior Management. PMO include projects relating to Switching Networking /Terminal Certification /Card Association Mandate Implementation Responsible for end to end delivery & management of technology projects Liaise with partners for adherence with SLA Requirement gathering, coordinating with external IT delivery team and QA Interact with cross functional business teams to understand business needs and prioritize requirements

Own P&L for ancillary services ( non-core business) Drive product / acceptance enablement partnerships with payment schemes ,payment instrument providers and internal stakeholders Drive branding partnerships with partners , internal departments , merchants and other potential entities Responsible for monetising all assets to drive incremental revenues for the organisation Ensure adequate training of team to meet the requirements of the role and be able to handle market dynamics.

2. Job Profile:  Vice President – Operations

a. Qualification: Post Graduate

b. Experience: The candidate should possess minimum 12 years’ experience in merchant acquiring operations.

c. Job Role: 

i. Ability to monitor the overall end to end processes, identifying improvement areas and implementing adequate measures to drive efficiency and cost effective solutions Deep understanding of regulatory and payment scheme’s requirements Expertise in Inventory Management and Complaints Management. Deep understanding of terminal app management, expertise in vendor SLA management and on field execution. Ability to independently manage complex contract negotiations, working with senior executives inside and outside of SBIPSPL.

ii. Have proven analytical skills and an ability to manage a program “by the numbers”. Must be metrics-driven. Complete accountability and ownership of end to end merchant on-boarding within agreed timelines and cost matrix as per SLAs with partners. Set out quality standards for various operational areas, ensuring a high-quality customer experience, while adhering to the SLAs and work processes. Manage partners & vendors (Out-calling, Doc storage, Paper roll, Installation, Courier, Reverse Logistics, Printing and Stationery and Consumables) Handle branch escalation & call centre channel Manage end to end post sign up merchant management lifecycle Ensure adequate training of team to meet the requirements of the role and be able to handle market dynamics. 3. Job Profile: Vice President – Risk Management

a. Qualification: Post Graduate

i. Ability to independently manage complex contract negotiations, working with senior executives inside and outside of SBI PSPL. Developing advanced risk identification, assessment, measurement and reporting capabilities across pre-sales and post sales merchant lifecycle for early detection/mitigation of breaches in risk appetite/limits and defining/monitoring of key risk indicators Ensure timely action on fraud related chargebacks and disputes
